Denean Lear is a native of Philadelphia, and one of the first females to graduate from Central High School of Philadelphia (247). She has spent more than 30 years in the corporate arena, managing high performing diverse teams across various industries, requiring a multidisciplinary approach to leadership, employee engagement, and business problem solving. Denean is a member of the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce. She volunteers with the Indian Creek Foundation of Souderton, Pa; and is an Executive Board Member of the nonprofit organization, Integrate for Good.
