Shelley Young is a supply chain leader, people champion, and life-long learner.
Building on more than 25 years in consumer packaged goods, medical devices, and pharmaceutical sectors at Johnson & Johnson, she founded Shelley Young Consulting, LLC to serve middle market companies that are scaling and need a flexible and reliable supply chain to enable profitable growth. Shelley is energized by helping companies discover the path that best fits the uniqueness of their products and customers.
Shelley has served as an adjunct professor of Supply Chain Management at Rutgers University. Shelley is also a past recipient of the YWCA’s Tribute to Women and Industry recognition and a member of the Main Line Chamber of Commerce.
Shelley and her husband Jason are both proud former Pittsburghers and Penn Staters! They live in Montgomery County with hound dog, Zara.
