Nikki Merrill graduated magna cum laude from Villanova University with a double major in communication and psychology. She served as a clinical psychology intern at the Social Enrichment Center in Media, where she assisted in planning and facilitating small group sessions for neurodivergent children and adolescents. Additionally, she served as a communication intern at Childhood Education International, where she compiled a bi-weekly e-newsletter focused on supporting children with disabilities. These experiences have deepened her passion for disability inclusion and human development.
