Hailey Bacharach is a Talent Acquisition Partner at Berkadia, a commercial real estate company. Originally recruiting for Investment Sales and Mortgage Banking, her role recently pivoted into Berkadia’s early talent space. Recruiting for Berkadia’s rotational analyst program and summer interns, she has a passion for helping individuals find their place in the workforce. Hailey is deeply moved by Integrate for Good’s unwavering commitment to inclusivity and their values that resonate with her own. After spending the day participating in their Sleeping Mat Project, where their team of people with and without disabilities came onsite and lead Berkadia in making sleeping mats out of recycled plastic bags for people experiencing street homelessness, she knew she wanted to get further involved. The project exemplified Integrate for Good's ethos and compelled her to play a more active role. Hailey now serves on the board of Integrate for Good and is a member of the Young Professional Advisory Committee.
