Banji is passionate about Technology, Senior care, and people with different abilities.
Banji has over 20 years of experience in the technology space, specifically in the area ofNetwork Engineering/Architecture and Security. He is the Founder of NetRoute LLC - A technology company based in Norristown, PA, focused on Technology Management ConsultingServices.
In 2016, out of a deep passion for Seniors, Banji and his wife, Bola, founded River Oaks HomeCare, with a focus on helping Seniors and those with disabilities continue to experience the richness of life. River Oaks Homecare has received multiple awards, including - Best of Homecare - Employer of Choice, Provider of Choice, and Leader in Experience.
Banji has a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, is a Cisco Certified InternetworkExpert (CCIE), and is a Certified Senior Care Manager (CSCM). He is also part of Ernst &Young (EY)’s inaugural cohort of the Entrepreneurship Access Network (EAN).
He is a Drexel University LeBow College of Business’ Directors Academy graduate and also completed the “Leaders on Board” program organized by the Chamber of Commerce forGreater Montgomery County and the Catalyst Center for Nonprofit Management to prepare him to effectively serve on non-profit boards.
Banji and his wife, Bola live in Montgomery County, PA, with their two wonderful children. He enjoys spending time with the family, serving in Church, playing soccer on his PlayStation, andplaying tennis.
