Mental Health Matters is for people of all abilities who want to explore mental wellness in a supportive, interactive environment. Our belief is that everyone deserves the resources and community to prioritize self-care, build resilience, and support others.
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Mental Health Matters is a hands-on program that brings participants together through engaging activities focused on self-care, compassion, and advocacy. Interactive exercises, service projects, and meaningful discussions help participants learn the importance of mental health while creating a strong sense of community and connection.
