Discover your strengths. Find your voice. Lead your way.
Emerging Leaders is designed for young adults who benefit from more individualized support, repetition, visual and hands-on learning, modeling, and guided practice to fully participate and demonstrate their strengths.
Leadership doesn’t require strong reading, writing, or public speaking skills. It starts with knowing yourself, making choices, communicating what matters to you, contributing your strengths, and recognizing that your voice has value.
Participants explore:
- Personal strengths, interests, and preferences
- Making choices and expressing opinions
- Self-advocacy
- Communication and social connection
- Building confidence
- Teamwork
- Problem-solving and decision-making
- Increasing independence
- Leadership through service and contribution
Who Is Emerging Leaders For?
This track may be a great fit for young adults who benefit from concrete instruction, visual supports, repetition, modeling, prompting, structured routines, or additional guidance as they learn and practice new skills.
The goal isn’t to determine whether someone can lead.
It’s to discover how they lead best.
