For young adults, strengthening these skills builds confidence, independence, and real-world readiness for school, work, and everyday life.

This program is designed for young people with disabilities who want to strengthen their executive functioning skills to succeed in school, work, and daily life. With the right resources, support, and community, everyone can build the skills needed to thrive.
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Executive Functioning for Success is an interactive seminar that helps participants develop essential executive functioning skills, such as time management, emotional regulation, and adaptability. Through hands-on workshops and a supportive learning environment, participants will learn practical strategies to improve organization, focus, and problem-solving while building confidence in their abilities.
