Internships

Integrate for Good (IFG) offers immersive, mission-driven internships for students seeking hands-on experience in inclusive programming, community engagement, marketing, finance and fundraising, events coordination and other aspects of nonprofit operations.

Interns work alongside IFG staff, volunteers, and young adults with disabilities to support programs that build leadership, executive functioning skills, and authentic community belonging. Internships are intentionally structured to provide meaningful responsibility, professional skill development, and tangible, resume-ready deliverables.

This is a menu-based internship program, allowing students to select their weekly commitment and preferred role(s), with opportunities to grow in responsibility across semesters.

Internship Structure

All internships are hybrid, with approximately 80% of work completed in person at IFG’s Community Hub on the Ursinus College campus.

Weekly Commitment Options (positions listed below)

  • 5 Hours per Week
Foundation-level experience focused on direct service, inclusion, and campus belonging. Ideal for APEX placements and early exploration of nonprofit work.
  • 10 Hours per Week

  • 15 Hours per Week

Compensation, Credit and Service Hours

Many IFG internships are unpaid and eligible for APEX, academic credit, and/or documented service hours, depending on student requirements.
