Message from our Executive Director, Bev Weinberg:

“I am deeply honored to receive the 2026 Impact Award from NAWBO Philadelphia. To be recognized in a room full of extraordinary women leaders, changemakers, and community champions made this moment incredibly meaningful.
This award would mean a great deal at any time.
In this season, it means even more.
As we celebrate 250 years of history and impact, I am mindful that none of us arrives here alone. I stand on the shoulders of women who paved the way before me and am grateful to lead alongside so many remarkable women today.
It was an honor to celebrate this evening with Mayor Cherelle Parker and Tamala Edwards of 6abc Action News WPVI-TV Philadelphia.
For Integrate for Good, this has been a comeback year. A year of rebuilding, reimagining, and staying rooted in what matters most. A year of choosing courage over comfort, momentum over setbacks, and mission over discouragement.
To be recognized during a year like this feels especially meaningful because it honors not just the outcome, but the climb.
I am so grateful to Mary Ann Murtha, Milissa Dillow Santos, and the entire NAWBO Philadelphia community for this incredible honor and for the powerful work we do to elevate women in business and leadership. It was a beautiful evening filled with celebration, connection, and genuine community.
A special shout-out to Lynda Gono-Ergashewa of Lynda’s Events for creating such a stunning space and bringing so much beauty and energy to the evening. So much fun celebrating with a room full of incredible leaders and entrepreneurs!
A special congratulations to Towanda R. Livingston on receiving this year’s Trailblazer Award. I am proud to celebrate alongside you and grateful for your leadership and your fierce commitment to inclusion.
I also carry this recognition with deep appreciation for the Integrate for Good community. Every staff member, board member, volunteer, donor, partner, family, and participant is part of this story. This honor may have been given to me, but it reflects a much bigger collective effort and a mission that continues to move forward because so many people believe in it.
If this message resonates with you, I hope you will visit our website and consider leading this work with us. There are meaningful ways to get involved as a committee member, board member, or donor. We need more people who believe in belonging, inclusion, and opportunity to help us build what comes next.
Comeback years are powerful. They stretch you, shape you, and sometimes, if you keep showing up, they remind you just how much is possible.
What a night!”
