There was something special about our recent Craft & Tie-Dye Night. Long before the first shirts were tied or the first paintbrush touched paper, the room was already filling with something even more meaningful than art supplies—anticipation, conversation, and the promise of connection.
As the evening unfolded, every table became a place where creativity and community came together. Bright colors covered tie-dye shirts, handmade crafts took shape, laughter echoed throughout the room, and new friendships began to form. Participants encouraged one another, shared ideas, celebrated each other’s creations, and discovered common ground that extended far beyond the projects in front of them.
While everyone left with a colorful keepsake, the greatest takeaway wasn’t something that could be carried home in a bag. It was the experience of belonging.
