Who Is Leadership in Action For?
This track may be a great fit for young adults who participate in group conversations with greater independence, communicate their ideas and preferences with limited support, engage in reflection and problem-solving, and are ready to take greater initiative in workplace, volunteer, advocacy, and community settings.
Leadership in Action asks participants to consider not only: What are my strengths?
But also: How can I use them to make a difference?
