Payment Method

Please state how you plan to pay for the Integrate for Good Program(s). After your application is processed a team member will be in contact for confirmation and the confirmed payment amount to complete your registration.

If selecting Waiver Goods and Services, funding must be approved by your Support Coordinator before program acceptance.

If you are selecting School District Funding, a decision must be finalized by your district in writing before program acceptance.

Scholarship
