Heather Hilferty brings more than 20 years of experience supporting individuals with diverse abilities through a wide range of leadership and direct service roles. Her career spans positions in direct support, residential management, senior leadership, and most recently as CEO of Parzival, giving her a deep, systems-level understanding of high-quality, person-centered services.

Heather holds a BA from Cabrini University in Radnor, PA, and is deeply committed to advancing growth, innovation, and excellence within the disability services field. She is passionate about empowering individuals with disabilities to lead meaningful, fulfilling lives and believes strongly in the power of community partnerships to drive inclusive impact.

Now serving as Development & Partnerships Coordinator at Integrate for Good, Heather is excited to support the organization’s mission, build strong community relationships, and help expand opportunities for connection, leadership, and belonging. She lives in Collegeville with her husband and two children and enjoys walking, reading, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
