WHO THIS IS FOR
Healthy Relationships is for individuals with disabilities who may struggle with understanding the nuances of relationships and boundaries. Many individuals with disabilities are often misunderstood or face challenges in distinguishing between friends and acquaintances, establishing healthy romantic relationships, setting boundaries with friends, or navigating relationships with paid staff and family dynamics. This program helps build the skills needed to foster positive and supportive relationships across all areas of life.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Healthy Relationships is a program designed to teach individuals the skills necessary to build and maintain healthy relationships. Through engaging lessons, activities, and multimedia resources, participants explore topics like communication, boundaries, hygiene, and emotional understanding, developing the social and life skills needed to succeed in all types of relationships.
