WHO THIS IS FOR
The Continuing Leadership program is for young adults with disabilities who have completed Leadership Incubator 1 and are ready to take the next step in their leadership journey. This program is designed for those who want to move beyond the basics and immerse themselves in deeper, more advanced leadership development. We believe leadership flourishes when people have the support, resources, and community to grow into confident changemakers.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Continuing Leadership builds on the foundational skills from Leadership Incubator 1, helping participants deepen their leadership abilities through advanced topics like team dynamics, strategic thinking, and community advocacy. Through hands-on projects and discussions, participants apply their skills to real-world leadership roles, gaining confidence and making a lasting impact.
