Our Strength-Based Model

At Integrate for Good, our strength-based model emphasizes empowerment, connection, and education to help individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities share their talents, build meaningful relationships, and thrive in inclusive communities.

EMPOWERMENT

We help participants identify their strengths and preferences through workshops led by occupational therapists. Using this insight, we connect them with volunteer opportunities where their contributions are celebrated. Our digital portfolios—featuring videos, photos, and written content—highlight participants’ abilities in a way that promotes self-advocacy and inspires confidence.

CONNECTION

Our community events bring together individuals with and without disabilities to volunteer on shared projects, reducing stigma and fostering meaningful relationships. By addressing social isolation and loneliness, we build stronger, more inclusive communities.
