Meet Virginia Flanagan
Program Director
Virginia is a passionate advocate, experienced program manager, and lifelong champion for equity and inclusion. Since 2006, they have dedicated their career to supporting marginalized communities, beginning in direct support roles for people with disabilities and later advancing to leadership positions in employee resource groups and diversity councils within the corporate sector.
Virginia brings over a decade of project management expertise across industries, including non-profit program direction, social media strategy, website design, and software implementation. Living with ADHD and suspected autism, they draw from their personal experiences to create inclusive spaces and opportunities for individuals of all abilities. As the proud parent of a daughter with disabilities, Virginia is further inspired to foster environments where everyone can thrive.
