Meet Emma Ganiban

Emma Ganiban Headshot

Program Director

Emma’s passion for empowering individuals with disabilities began in high school when she volunteered to teach swim lessons to children with disabilities. Since then, she has been striving to promote inclusion in the community. After earning her undergraduate degree from Xavier University in 2017, she worked at a nonprofit organization supporting individuals with Down syndrome in the Greater Cincinnati Area, where she planned programs, managed volunteers, and built community connections. In 2020, Emma moved to Philadelphia to complete her master’s in Special Education and Early Childhood Education at Temple University. She taught Special Education in an Autistic Support Classroom for Grades K-2, focusing on social-emotional skills, life skills, and academics. Emma’s experiences in nonprofit programming and education allow her to bring many perspectives to Integrate for Good as one of the Program Directors. In her free time, Emma enjoys running and cheering on Philly sports teams.
