Find your focus. Build your skills. Reach your goals.

Understand how you work best and build strategies that work for you. Executive functioning skills help us manage ourselves and our responsibilities throughout everyday life.

Participants explore 12 essential executive functioning skills through interactive activities, technology, games, real-life scenarios, group problem-solving, and hands-on practice:

  • Self-Awareness
  • Planning
  • Prioritizing
  • Organization
  • Time Management
  • Task Initiation
  • Sustained Attention
  • Working Memory
  • Flexibility
  • Emotional Regulation
  • Impulse Control
  • Goal-Directed Persistence

Participants don’t just learn what these skills are. They explore questions like:

  • What helps me get started when I’m stuck?
  • How can I remember what I need to do?
  • What system actually helps me stay organized?
  • What can I do when a plan suddenly changes?
  • How do I manage distractions or frustration?

Participants develop a personalized toolkit of strategies they can use at home, at work, and in the community.
