Hello! My name is Bode Basile and I will be graduating from Perkiomen Valley High School in 2025. I am still trying to figure out what I would like to do after graduation, but I am interested in animals, swimming, and playing sports.

I bring excitement, curiosity, love for learning to everything I do. I really enjoy gym class where I can show off my strength! Being respectful to my peers and adults is something I always make sure to do.

• * I participate in Vocational Skills class to gain experiences to explore and develop employability skills.
• * I partake in Viking peer buddies club which allows me to foster connections, build supportive relationships, and contribute to a positive and inclusive school community.

• I love being a part of a team and communicate best when given the opportunity to select from a few choices.
• I appreciate your patience, as I may need a little extra time to respond to questions.
• I work best in quieter and slow-paced environments.
• I learn best through observing modeling of tasks and with one-on-one instruction.
• I thrive with the support of a trusted person who can help guide me along the way through difficult tasks.
• I work best with a consistent routine schedule and when I am told the expectations before starting a task.
• I like to receive encouragement and positive feedback.
• I do best at jobs that involve repetition.

What makes it hard…

• Having lots of choices can be hard for me, so giving a set number of options makes it easier.
• Loud and distracting environments can be difficult for me to maintain focus, I work best in quieter environments.

• I enjoy going to the beach as much as possible in the summer!
• My favorite activity to do is swimming. Swimming brings me such happiness!
• I enjoy playing sports including baseball, bocce, and unified track and field.
• I enjoy playing with and taking care of my animals.
  
• I love listening to music and dancing.
