About the Role
The Development & Partnerships Coordinator is a hands-on, fully in-person role responsible for supporting and advancing Integrate for Good’s fundraising, partnerships, and development operations.
This role is ideal for a highly organized, relationship-centered professional who is excited to grow in nonprofit development while helping a small, mission-driven organization expand its impact and sustainability. The Coordinator will work closely with the Executive Director and collaborate with IFG’s grant writer, communications support, Board and committee members, and community partners.
This is a role for someone who not only gets things done, but helps create momentum. The right person is proactive, resourceful, thoughtful, and eager to help build stronger systems and relationships that move the organization forward.
Core Responsibilities
Individual Giving and Donor Stewardship
- Process and acknowledge donations in a timely and thoughtful way
- Maintain accurate donor records, notes, and engagement history in the CRM
- Support donor follow-up, renewal tracking, stewardship workflows, and recurring donor growth
- Draft thank-you notes, impact updates, and donor communications
- Help coordinate donor cultivation meetings, tours, and follow-up
Corporate Partnerships and Sponsorships
- Research prospective corporate and community partners aligned with IFG’s mission
- Support outreach, follow-up, proposal coordination, and stewardship
- Help prepare sponsorship materials and partnership communications
- Track conversations, next steps, and relationship activity
- Assist with sponsorship fulfillment and corporate engagement logistics
Grant and Foundation Support
- Research foundation and grant opportunities
- Maintain a grants calendar and proposal/report deadlines
- Gather attachments, data, budgets, and outcomes for proposals and reports
- Coordinate with the Executive Director and grant writer to keep submissions organized and on schedule
Events and Community Engagement
- Support fundraising events, sponsorship outreach, and event follow-up
- Assist with donor and partner engagement opportunities
- Help ensure guests, supporters, and partners have a welcoming and professional experience
- Represent IFG warmly and professionally in community-facing settings as needed
Communications and Marketing Support
- Support development-related communications and storytelling
- Assist with social media content, publishing, and campaign support tied to fundraising and partnerships
- Help collect and organize stories, photos, and impact highlights for donor and partner communications
Development Operations and Reporting
- Maintain organized systems for donor, sponsor, grant, and revenue tracking
- Support invoice coordination, payment reminders, and fee-for-service follow-up
- Prepare basic fundraising and pipeline reports
- Help create Board-ready snapshots and internal visibility into progress and next steps
- Participate in weekly check-ins with the Executive Director

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $48,000
