Hello! My name is Devin Jones, and I am graduating from Perkiomen Valley in 2025. After graduation, I would like to attend a vocational training program. I have many interests, so I have not yet chosen which trade/training I am most interested in pursuing after high school. My favorite subjects in school are technology and music!

I am always upbeat and smiling! I love to make people happy and laugh. I use a communication device to help me talk to my friends and family, and I am very skilled at finding the things I want to talk about. I am a hard worker, determined, I am always ready to engage and contribute positively.

• * I partake in Viking peer buddies club which allows me to foster connections, build supportive relationships, and contribute to a positive and inclusive school community.

• I love being a part of a team and communicate best when given the opportunity to select from a few choices.
• I work best in quieter and slow-paced environments.
• I thrive with the support of a trusted person who can help guide me along the way through difficult tasks.
• I work best with a consistent routine schedule and when I am told the expectations before starting a task. I work best in small groups and with one-on-one instruction.
• I do best when I have visual instructions to follow.

What makes it hard…

• Loud and distracting environments can be difficult for me to maintain focus, I work best in quieter environments.
• Too many instructions at once can be challenging, but breaking tasks down step by step is helpful to me

• I enjoy singing, dancing, choir, and
  acting out scenes
• I participate in Special Olympics bowling and unified track
• I love all things Super Mario!
• I like to go to concerts with my family
